Reporting a problem
What helps us most:
- the address of the page where the problem happened
- your browser and its version, for example Chrome 141
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- the type and rough size of the file, but not the file itself
Suggesting a tool
If a tool you need is missing, tell us what it should do. We prefer tools that can run fully inside the browser, so your files stay with you.
